We have been overwhelmed with eager feedback from business owners who would like to be located at King's Landing. In order to accommodate the high volume of interest, and ensure all business entities receive the information and opportunities they need, we are taking early reservations for our ground-floor retail, restaurant and office space. Retail, restaurant and office inventory at King's Landing is extremely limited, so reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  • Retail Space: Approximately 17,000 SF total, at $30 per SF triple net

  • Restaurants & Bar: Approximately 35,000 SF, at $35 per SF triple net 

  • Parking Space: 170 space parking garage + 129 surface parking spots = 299 total parking spaces.

A $2,500 fully refundable deposit will reserve your place in our sales process. Reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Please download our Reservation Form, fill out the requested information and select the business category you are interested in. Then, mail the signed and dated form, along with your fully refundable $2,500 reservation deposit to Audubon Development Inc. at PO Box 981 Palm Beach, FL 33480. Please remember to date the form so we may place your reservation accordingly.

Once we receive your reservation you will be entered into our retail reservation database and notified of your reservation draw number.

Reserving a Retail Location Now Does Not Limit Your Choices Moving Forward.

The reservation form and fee simply locks in your position in line to decide whether operating your business at King’s Landing is right for you. If you decide to relinquish your King's Landing reservation, your $2,500 reservation deposit will be refunded to you, no questions asked. Construction is scheduled to begin June 2022.
